Bourbon BBQ Meatballs

Ingredients: 2 pounds frozen, fully cooked meatballs; 2 cups Barbecue Sauce; 1 cup Beehive® OR Crown® Golden Syrup; 1/3 cup bourbon; 2-1/2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning

Spray steamtable pan with cooking spray. Add meatballs. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Stir until meatballs are coated. Cover pan. Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes until meatballs are at least 160°F.

Method
